This is a jewel of a compact, state of art, super comfortable resort offering outstanding rooms and facilities in the heart of one most fascinating -and challenging- neighborhoods of Palermo. The whole staff, starting with the owner- did everything they could to make us feel at home and let us enjoy at best. The atmosphere in this place is unique, professional and relaxed at the same time. Overall, the best hotel I have been in years.

Loved the area, the breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Giada was exceptional, and provided us with amazing restaurant recommendations and was very available for anything we needed. The property is stunning, it’s incredibly clean and in a central area that still relatively quiet.

By far the best host i have dealt with for the last 30 years in Italy .It was absolutely amazing support over almost anything we needed. The room is amazing with its jakuzzi / mini pool inside plus sound system, colorful showers, quiet location very close to the historic center . There are parking availability nearby as well. Certainly one of the best room choices you will ever find in Palermo region. Certainly recommended.
