Very nice. Located close to everything

Essenza House is a recently renovated guest house in Rome near Università La Sapienza. There's a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

The apartment is a short bus ride from Termini and we were satisfied with everything. It had everything we needed and location-wise it's also very convenient. They have 3 separate units within the apartment, so it's also possible to book several rooms if you're coming as larger/multiple families. AC was working well, which really helped as it was blistering hot in Rome. WiFi was also never an issue. The building is an old one that also had an old elevator, but it was good enough for us to carry our travel buggy up and down. Overall we'd recommend this property for couple or even family with kid(s).
