Absolute best customer service experience. Even though the location is perfect (11/10), the customer service made the experience and stay top notch. So helpful with everything and even had fresh flowers in our room everyday. There is fresh fruit and refreshments in the lobby available at all times. The rooms were also impeccably clean.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Good breakfast, the mattress is fine. You can walk to the city centre, use the bus or with your car. Madalena and the reception staff are very helpful. If I return to Siena, I would book this hotel again.

The Hotel was Super clean, easily accessible (right next to the bus station), has a supermarket next door. The room was spacious and comfy... has acceptable soundproofing. But the best of all was the host Stefania, she was extremely helpful with eagerness to support by any means while always smiling.

We enjoyed very much our stay there. The room was very large and nicely decorated and the pool quiet among the olive trees. Having dinner on the terrasse of the house overlooking the park and the nice countryside landscape at sunset was a very beautiful experience

Peaceful, quiet place in the middle of the vineyards away from the hustle and bustle of the road. Very elegantly furnished room with great bed and linen with a view of the surrounding area. And last but not least, a fantastic dinner!
