The hotel has an excellent location, right on the main street just a few meters from all the attractions and the elevator to access the beaches. The host is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with our requests and replied quickly. The room is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi works very well and there is complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The only comment is that the room cleaning service was not done during the 4 nights we stayed there. However, when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper, they were provided immediately. Perhaps we should have requested the cleaning instead of assuming it would be done automatically. Overall, the experience was very good and we would definitely come back without hesitation! Thank you, Gennaro, for your kind attention!

The hotel was very new. Room was clean and a comfortable size. The free spa (steam room, sauna and jacuzzi) was excellent, very clean and quiet. The hotel was well located in Sorrento. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

Every morning was a delight to be having the breakfast in the dining room with a spectacular view. The Staff - all of them - with a special mention to Luca and Gaetano as I cannot remember all the names - were exceptional. They could not do enough for us.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even went above and beyond to find my wife a restaurant serving an old family dish. The suffrito napolitano Paulo found us was fantastic, as were all the other staff we had the pleasure of interacting with!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet little square with beautiful views. It's also so central and easy to get to the main square, restaurants/shops and also has an elevator down to the "beach" and where the ferry boats leave from. The staff are wonderful! They are so polite, helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was also good and they had great cappuccinos.

This place is incredible! The location is facing a charming piazza that is vibrant and beautiful day and night. During the Christmas season, the pain balcony faces Christmas lights in the piazza, holiday parades, jazz concerts, and of course the music and sounds of the church next door. Truly, this is a magical place to spend a holiday. My family and I had a front row seat to the joy and excitement of Sorrento during the holiday season that I wouldn’t trade for the world. The apartment is spotless and has comfy beds (including the two single beds, REAL beds, not sofa beds). It has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, nespresso machine (with coffee pods), as well as a washing machine, and the bathroom has a rain shower. The owners spared no expense and include everything you need to stay, including shampoo, hand soap, and dish soap - just bring your own laundry and dishwasher soap. Top tier accommodation for a family vacation.

Everything about this hotel was old world beauty! From the rooms to the lobby to the pool area! It was in such a great location right off the Main Street which you would never know when you are in the hotel. Service was impeccable and the views of the warf and the ocean were amazing. The concierge did an amazing job helping us arrange transportation and also helping us with lost luggage. The pool area was so relaxing and beautiful for afternoons!
