The staff is very nice, especially the receptionist i think his name is Daniel . The hotel is excellent. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely come back .

It is a beautiful hotel, we stayed at Augustus Lido, a house built by Agnelli, the father of Gianni Agnelli , it is a beautiful house with a big porch where breakfast and dinner are served overlooking a beautiful garden with super old trees. The staff is very attentive, special recognition to Edoardo (waiter), Simona and Letizia (front desk), Elena (waiter) and Stefano (best concierge ever). They treat you like family. Room was spacious and bed, pillows comfortable. The beach club is superb, elegant, discreet and secure. You can easily access the beach club through and under path built by Agnelli family so you don’t have to cross the street to access the beach.

Hotel Bracciotti is ideally situated in the heart of Versilia, just 40 yards from the beach and very near a number of stores and boutiques.

The staff is pleasant and very helpful. We enjoyed every moment there and did not expect breakfast to be such a fabulous spread. Highly recommend due to views from our corner suite, the professional and very courteous staff in all areas, convenient location, parking, and additional spa services offered.

Loved the view and the hot tub, controls were old but the site manager explained it all. The apartment was huge and spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The site manager was great and so helpful! Loved that they had some simple games for the kids to play. My kids loved this place especially the elevator for a door.

The room had been recently refurbished and the sofa bed was actually really comfortable. Room and bathroom very clean too. Last time I stayed at Le Dune there was no washing up liquid, this time there was together with some basic cleaning materials (many thanks). Parking is one of the reasons I have stayed more than once at Le Dune.
