Abdel in the reception brought the rating up himself. Amazingly pleasant to talk to and gives the best tips. Additionally, small snacks and gifts here and there keep surprising and bring up the grade.

I had a wonderful stay at Anbat Midtown Hotel in Petra! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hospitality was truly exceptional — Ahmad and Ammar were both superb and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Like most hotels in Petra, there is no lift, but there’s really no need to worry — the stairs are few and easy to manage, and Ammar is always ready to help carry your bags upstairs with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for its warmth, service, and great location!

The room with the mountain view is amazing - sunset from this place was maybe the most beautiful we've seen in Jordan.. There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

Although the name suggests that the hotel is old, it isn’t. it is very new and was built on the site of the old village. Amazing views. To eat breakfast on the terrace of the dining room overlooking the town of Petra was magical.
