Boasting a garden, spa and wellness centre and views of mountain, Yamano Hidaya is set in Matsumoto, 3.7 km from Kappa Bridge. Ideally located in the Kamikochi district, this hotel is situated 34 km from Mt.Norikura Ski Resort. The property is non-smoking and is located 6.7 km from Kamikochi.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, but over the japanese normal. They really took care of us especially during the long hiking days. The rooms are comfortable and spaceous, with views to the mountain side for both sides of the house. The onsen bath is great and convenient for an after hike day. Totally advised, we hope to come back in the future.

Modern Hotel with traditional spirit. Placed near Matsumoto station, I choose Onyado Nono because I was searching a traditional style hotel with onsen and I've been completely satisfied. The room was spacious and confortable, the roof onsen confortable and with a nice sight on the surroundings and the traditional breakfast varied and tasty. It is worth also to mention the free drink service active during the day. Recommended

Matsumoto is not a large town so the hotel was within walking distance of most places. The castle is literally around the corner and is a fascinating place to visit. Breakfast was good. The stay was very good value for money. The twin room was very spacious (it may have been an upgrade). Fresh towels were provided every day.

This is not a luxury hotel but rooms are well designed, clean, spacious enough for short stay. The on site onsen is fabulous and location is short walk from train station. Breakfast is included and terrific.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Clean, calm and the service is exceptional. The included breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the spa is a lovely place to relax. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel like stargazing equipment, a coffee machine and a little snack bar.

    1. Great night snacks and breakfast options. 2. The front-desk staff are friendly and welcoming. 3. If you want a more spacious room, consider selecting a two-bed room. * If there has hot springs or massage equipment will be perfect. * A short walking distance to the convenience store, supermarket and bus stop.

Room was quite spacious and nicely decorated, with a small sitting area. It was great to have a washing machine and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Public bath was nice and it was handy to see how busy it was on the TV screen. Abundant breakfast and the happy hour every evening was great. Possibility of in-room massage.

The food was great, a huge variety which I love. Breakfast and dinner was included, as nothing is around the area that you can easily walk to quickly. They provided a morning and afternoon shuttle, but easily can catch taxis or walk around town, it's not that big. They had many services, including massages, onsens (very high-quality ones), and the building itself was huge. We had a large group and had one of the dinners in our own big room. Souvenir shops were great, and the outdoor foot spa was a nice touch.

I like the cozy style of the interior. Lots of dark colours and wood. It makes the space more relaxing. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the bread. The guest bath was also a nice extra, even if it wasn’t the most extravagant. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
