The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

Everything about my stay with Dave-san and his wife was fantastic! If you have come across this as an option for your accomodation, book it! You will not regret it. Especially if you like to be in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. Dave-san runs a shuttle to and from the resorts each day so getting around isn’t an issue. The breakfast is delicious!

We loved the decor of the entire property and the cozy jazz lounge with marshmallow roasting, sweet potatoes, and complimentary wine before dinner. Every aspect of our stay was absolutely perfect - this is truly a top tier hotel/resort experience with great attention to detail.

The rooms were spacious and private, breakfast offering was great and diverse, the onsens are amazing and have both indoor and outdoor baths. The massages were very relaxing. The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.
