Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Lovely roof top pool. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which was immaculate and perfect for our family. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, breakfast was served to our room in the mornings. Immaculately clean, highly recommend.

The soundproofing was amazing! We faced the street during the full moon Water Festival and when we closed the door it was surprisingly quiet! Pool is lovely. Breakfast doesn’t vary but it was good. The staff, especially those at the front desk and the breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. Our dinners were the least liked thing at this hotel. Our burgers were undercooked even after sending it back, no reparations made even though it wasn’t finished. My leftovers were discarded unintentionally and a discount was given upon my request. So a reparation and not in the same meal. Overall a great location and good stay.

This hotel is an oasis of calm in a busy city. The facilities are great especially the beautiful pool atea. The staff are so attentive and really are eager to help with any requests. The food is of a consistently high standard. If you stay here visit the organic sky bar overlooking the Royal Palace, great views and yummy cocktails. Highly recomended for holidays and staycations.

Amazing hotel. They let us check in earlier and also upgraded our room for free. Staff is super friendly and the restaurant and pool on the rooftop are just icing on the cake. Breakfast was great with western and khmer options. I would definitely stay here again. Very good price/value ratio.

The pool is amazing, surrounded by trees although the hotel is in the middle of the city. Our last morning there even featured a pair of hornbills (birds usually seen at a temple in town). Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast is included and very good. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious. You're within walking distance of the Royal Palace and the National Museum, also to Davids Noodle, where noodles are made by hand as you watch.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and kind and funny and went over and above for us. All of them ! The room was perfect, the cleaning service was amazing the hotels location perfect so close to temples. The food was amazing and everything was well priced.
