Great location, 5 min walk to the main pub street where everything happens but very calm and quiet, every nights we had natural sound of nature nurturing our sleep. We were greeted by Phat, the manager, who is funny and friendly, with his smile showed us around the colorful and well designed location. If you have any requests he will climb mountains to make you happy Our room was spacious clean and never hot or warm, thanks to well insulated walls and ceilings. Flower garden and swimming pool impeccable! The perfect spot for a sunbathing Highly recommended

The hotel is very new and clean. Everything in the room is flawless. The staffs are very welcoming and pleasant. The whole hotel is very relaxing, from the lobby to the pool. Walking distance to the pub street. We weren't able to taste the breakfast included since our tour started so early but they offered to pack us some breakfast meal.

We loved our stay in Siem Reap and The Elephant was our home during this time. After long days of visiting the temples around the Angkor Wat area, we were so happy to come back to the hotel and enjoy the beautiful pool and amazing food. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a big room, a comfortable bed, a bathtub on the balcony (nice touch) - everything made in an old colonial style. But what makes The Elephant special and what made it a temporary home for us is the staff. All the people working in the hotel were so kind, helpful, gentle and friendly. Thank you for making our time in Siem Reap wonderful! We hope to come back one day.

One of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip through Southeast Asia. The room looks exactly like the photos. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and, above all, genuinely welcoming. The hotel offers a convenient taxi service to and from the airport, which is a huge plus given the distance between Siem Reap and the new airport. The food at the hotel is simply delicious. As someone who has tasted a wide variety of cuisines in all kinds of places, I can confidently say that the Cambodian fried rice and fish amok are spectacular. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to both the night market and the riverside night market. While there are many dining options near the hotel, I have to say that considering the quality, price, and taste, the hotel's food and beverages are outstanding. The lobby staff have answers to every question you might have during your stay and offer excellent recommendations for everything. My only regret is not staying longer. I will definitely return!

Spacious room, nice staff, great pool, good food and drinks. Hotel was helpful to arrange tours as well and had own drivers for daily use which made it very convenient to go around the city. It's newly opened hotel so it's very clean.

The hotel is an absolute oasis of well-being with excellent service. The best hotel of our Southeast Asia trip. On arrival you are given plenty of tips for a wonderful stay in Siem Reap. The food is delicious and I recommend the room with pool access. The free shuttle service makes it easy to get to the city center in the evening. I'm coming to Cambodia to visit the temples and explore around, trying to find a place to stay, and this hotel is beautiful and well-maintained! it was perfect for us! The room was nice and clean, it was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable, not too hard or too firm. There's a balcony and the pool was nice with shades and seats for you to relax and get a few drinks by the pool, the Location was well-situated and not too far from shops or restaurants 10-15mins by foot for us. Staff were very welcoming and were very attentive while service was more then great for me and my partner, Look forward in coming back soon!
