An excellent hotel in every aspect. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, the place is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Its location is outstanding—right in the heart of the market and the old city, so you won’t need transportation to explore the area. A complete and authentic Moroccan experience delivered with the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Access can be a bit difficult due to the narrow alleys and the crowds in the market, especially if you have large suitcases. Still, this is a minor issue compared to all the other advantages. The breakfast was truly exceptional. Even though I arrived late, well past the official breakfast time, the hosts generously served us a full breakfast without hesitation.

Ayman, the manager, went above and beyond in taking care of his guests He was always willing to provide helpful information and guidance to get the best from a visit to Fez. The breakfasts were excellent and served very well. The location of the Riad is perfect, near the Blue Gate. All in all, I highly recommend.

It was amazing! It is a beautiful place, and the terrace is amazing! The food is also great, and they are very accommodating for anything we needed, and the host spoke (at the least) English and French. The room was nice, and we had a great time! We even asked for a recommendation one night, and he escorted us to the restaurant and everything! I would definitely go back!
