Genuine focus on customer satisfaction, cleanliness, location, great breakfast choice, pleasant reception staff. As a family weekend getaway I was a bit concerned about the noise having in mind its central location, but we were located in a building located away from the busy street so the room was sleep friendly. Having in mind that we visited the place during winter, the hotel was warm and cozy 24/7.

We are newly weds and they've let us take a breakfast in the room the next morning even later. Staff was great considering we arrived at 2am, and there was security on the parking lot that let us in to the hotel

It is one of the best properties I have visited in Ohrid so far. The entire stay was superb. The location is great. Super clean, spacious, and comfy rooms. Courteous staff attentive to details. Delicious food and a lot more. We are definitely visiting again. Highly recommend it.
