This is a phenomenal hotel. Staff were great from the moment we arrived. Check in was a breeze. The rooms and wonderful and the bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast is not to be missed. Few minutes walk to Pavilion Mall.

The staff are amazing especially Ajad at reception. Very helpful from check-in to breakfast and advice regarding going out in the city. Location and connection to KL Sentral is amazing.
