Every thing was perfect. The staff in the reception (Mr. Nick and his colleagues) are so frindly. The room was clean and also daily cleaning service was good. The pool and other related services were good (gym and steam and sauna, also water playing area for kids). It was easy and fast to book car through grap from the hotel. There is a small grocery and Cafe in the hotel. I will book again in this hotel for my next visit. Thank you for every thing and hope to stay in such perfect condition.

I really like this place. The room is spacious and suitable for a family. Self-check-in is very convenient, just follow the recommended steps. The room is clean with complete kitchen equipment. I stayed during the holidays, waiting for the elevator to go up and down did not wait long around the accommodation near the restaurant. Convenience stores and gas stations. It's really good for me.

In Japan, onsen are hot springs and the bathing facilities. this place is definitely a place like no other and bring japanese onsen to you! try them all, they have 5 different types and let me tell ya, its sooo worth it. You can even bring your little ones. Although, there are not many restaurants or kedai mamak close by. they do however have their own restaurant. kudos to Tracy, we love you! oh and The room is very clean big and comfy.
