The buggy service around the resort was incredibly efficient and convenient — available at any time with just a quick call. The drivers were always so friendly, and it made getting around the resort so easy and enjoyable, especially after a long day of exploring. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and tropical greenery. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the little touches each day made the stay feel truly luxurious. The food was another highlight fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully curated. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious. I especially appreciated the variety of local and international options. Whether it was snorkeling with vibrant marine life, lounging by the beach, or enjoying a romantic dinner by sunset, every moment was memorable. Very beautiful room with a pretty garden, and it was helpful to have a washing area for foot and shower after the beach. We enjoyed your nice breakfast in peace every morning. We were staying very easy to have staffs who were very kind and friendly. It was very nice to have an evening cocktail with canape (free charge) at the beach.

Whilst it remains one of the more expensive places to stay on Long Beach, it also remains the best place to eat. The service is what really sets BuBu apart, the staff are always so lovely, always with a smile, especially in the bar/restaurant, they have a great team. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

The location was a super nice, calm place at day and night the staff were so friendly love to visit again And recommend for families and couples to book this resort And I hope this resort will always stay like that clean and friendly also can improve more
