We liked everything from the hotel staff to the room and bed comfort, hotel services and spa massage. The buffet breakfast was superb as was the concierge with readily available taxi service. I've been to other hotels in Cebu and breakfast at Seda was the best one by far. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and spacious, and we didn't miss anything.
