This place was far better than we expected. The pictures look great, but it was even better in person. The facilities were amazing. Like being at a palace. -The food was great. -The people and host were friendly. -The grounds were kept impeccably neat and tidy. -We loved walking around the facility in the morning. The flora and fauna were beautiful. -The tiling was gorgeous. -The bathroom felt luxurious and has two showers/two sinks. -Good location, easy to get around Puerto Princesa when you have a car. You definitely want to use a car from here. -Stainless steel electric kettle. -Large room

Super responsive via Booking app. (If you have a late arrival or early morning flight talk to them the will try to arrange some light meal). Everything is great. The room is so clean and pool is also clean, really impressed with owner’s flexibility. I studied other hotels too, but absolutely there is 10/10. The food in restaurant is also great. I would 100% recommend here. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

great place for relaxing vacation. Peaceful, comfortable and service is great. They have vegan menu and i love it as a vegetarian 😊 The staff is very helpful, super kind and always smiling. You can feel the positive energy. And they organize anything that you need. Tours, transportation, massage session and etc.Holiday in the middle of jungle was a great experience. The place was nothing like the pictures. It was overwhelming. We loved the seaview, the two huge pools, the billiards and the restaurant. Amazing food! What a way to wrap up our trip! Excellent stay, the staff did everything they could to make up for their shortcomings. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the kitchen staff, the front desk staff, housekeeping, and the management. They were very accommodating. The food was to die for. Their boodle fight bundle was the best we had in our lifetime. No kidding.

The breakfast was really well prepared..much better than other breakfast included. The staff was awsome and in our first hour we found a tricycle driver that was more than helpful in showing us everything that Puerto Princesa had to offer.That then became our main mode of transportation,,the experience of seeing through a local was fantastic,and he also bragged about the hotel to us..Our only regret was not scheduling more time to visit the area,,,meaning we will be returning..Look for tricycle driver Ryan Rosales...highly recomended......
