the view was so amazing,the reception lady went beyond and above and she was super friendly. My agent Mr Scretan has been very helpful and available to assist with all I needed, my Vacation was never never going to be the best if I was not blessed with his warm and loving hospitality…he made everything possible for me, helping me with drivers and activities I wanted to do and because of him, I will be bringing my family very soon and i definitely will be working with him again. I will never forget this vacation because of him.the best part was when it started snowing.

Property is very clean and we liked professional and attentive stuff. Its 1km out of center with access to one of the ski lifts and each 20mins shutle to center and back. The apartment is a good size for 4 people and everyone had enough space. No issues with heating - always warm. The sauna was a nice addition - although not perfectly executed. The Jollykop complex offers free transfer to the ski centre for guests and this was really nice as they use a small minivan instead of a huge bus.

There are several sauna rooms, salt room, turkish bath, massage rooms, unbrellas and deck chairs by the pools. Masseur was very good with strong hands. Relaxing music could be better and some natural scents will be wellcomed. The man at the reception gave us many good advices and answers. There are some beautiful details in the apartment.
