The design of the hotel was super cool. For breakfast, I dropped and broke a pepper mill, and I confessed to the staff. She was like “It's ok, thank u for telling me :)”. Not only the hotel but also the staff was excellent ✨✨✨ I will definitely come back to stay if I have a chance to visit Sweden again. Thank u.

Location was very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also located very near the Central Station. The staff at check-in was very helpful and as we requested to have the 2 rooms on the same floor, he gave us an upgrade to a junior suite (for one of the room) which was very big and comfortable.

The location was fantastic! Very close to the Scandinavium Arena, market and several restaurants. Check-in was very easy and Sixten was super friendly and helpful.

The location is really great.. you see the sign of the hotel as soon as you step outside the train and then you just exit the station and a 2 min walk to the hotel.... Tram connections to everywhere in the city. A big mall just next to the hotel.. Comfortable rooms and very good breakfast.
