The clerk was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She arranged everything for us, from shuttles, tours and gave us great recommendations for plans and restaurants. The place is beautiful and has a great view. I totally recommend it!

Everything The location is the best Very peaceful place and view is amazing, in the city but in the calm isolated from the crowd Breakfast is amazing, everything freshly home made! Staff is very nice and helpful, especially Kamal at the restaurant was extremely caring and considering!

    The hotel location was really great. From roof we could easily watch the balloons rise and fly. It also looked very good. The breakfast we had was delicious and good choice. The room had it`s own terrace, where we did sit and relax with a beer :). The room was spacious, so the bathroom. Overall was good accommodation

    The staff was warm, very reactive and super attentive : the receptionists were very helpful, they arranged a lot of our bookings (a great hot air balloon ride, airport transfers). We had a medical emergency and they provided the best of help and support. At the breakfast, we were attended with the best service as well. The wellness center (sauna, turkish bath), a well garnished breakfast buffet and the private chimney completed our amazing experience at Anatolian Houses. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable!

    Our suite was amazing, better than the photos! The bed was really comfortable, bathroom, hot tub in the room were all great. The breakfast was really high quality and there was a fruit bowl in our room for whenever we felt like a snack. The entire hotel is like a scene from a movie, you can watch the hot air balloons in the mornings and all the beautiful mountains and rocks make it really special. The underground "spa" facilities is nice for a swim, sauna and steam room if you like.
