Stuff are polite and friendly. I needed an iron and an extra blanket, they gave me that 👍🏻 SPA in the hotel is quite good (sauna, steam room, hammam and massage), they gave us a discount. Walking distance to the main areas and right next to the tram line. The rooms are comfy and the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and we ate well each morning.
