It was a fantastic stay. The hotel has 5 clean and fun pools for both kids and adults, plus amazing water games that everyone enjoyed. The food was always available—next to the beach, pool, and in the restaurant—with a great variety for all tastes. Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly, and service is excellent everywhere. The beach is private, super clean, and very relaxing with bed-like sunbeds and no hassle to find umbrellas. There’s also an active entertainment team organizing games, dancing, and activities throughout the day. The Moroccan hammam, sauna, and indoor pool are all free, which is a big plus. Honestly, the hotel is very well-managed and gives you a complete vacation without stress. Highly recommend!

A beautiful hotel with nice land-/mountain view. Very friendly and helpful staff and just 5-10 minutes walking from the beach. Noisy bedrooms, you can hear the guests in the other rooms talking and get disturbed every night by loud talking disco guests walking in the hallway. The door rooms have a large space beneath through which noise enters the room. The ventilation channel in the bathrooms leave odor, cigarette smoke and sounds through from other rooms. Don’t choose the swimming pool view, you will be disturbed late night by sounds from the disco (they leave the backdoor open for ventilation) and early in the morning by loud music from the swimming pool.

A buffet. A great selection of food, especially meat, fish and poultry. Also a lot of green - salads, vegetables and vast amount of fruits. I was able to restore my normal diet. The swimming pools are large and also there are cool pools inside. There is a good programmes for everyone, including adults and children. The sea beach is good and there is enough space for everyone. The aquapark inside the hotel is great.

A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.
