Our experience at Palmalife has been absolutely unforgettable. The hotel is beyond gorgeous and the staff are incredibly hardworking, attentive, and professional, 24/7 going over and beyond to ensure guests have an incredible experience, and acting extremely quickly to solve any issue that may arise. Special mention to Sesil, who is a phenomenal guest relations professional, who arranged bookings for all the venues we wanted to visit, made recommendations for parties and events, and essentially read us and understood our vibe perfectly from the outset. She’s extremely reliable and responsive, and we’ll miss her! The lovely Arda and his team of waiters and waitresses at the restaurant also deserve a special mention. Oktay runs the department so well and lives to ensure attention to guests is top notch all the time. He’s worked in Bodrum for an exceptionally long time and he knows the town inside out. He’s so passionate about his job and dedicated, and the team always works with a smile on their faces. 10/10. Also, breakfast is open until noon! We’ll be back!
