The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty but the best thing about this place is the staff. Their service mind are 10 out of 10. Everything staff we encountered were always eager to assist us, at the reception, the restaurant and the spa. Very friendly and helpful! On check out day it was raining quite hard but we didn't have an umbrella, the male staff even gave us one!

Dinner hotpot was a choice of Beef or Pork hotpot (not buffet, but very filling and tasty). Every room had our own personal hot spring bath which was AWESOME, just need to phone the front desk and they will trigger the hot water to start filling up your bath. Downside is that the water is really hot and you need to mix with cold water to cool it down. There's also a public gender separated bath.

Full Moon Spa offers accommodations with a hot spring spa bath and mountain or brook views. It is just a minute’s walk from Wulai Old Street.

This is our second time at Full Moon Spa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very conveniently located, right at the start of the Old Street. We brought our young kids with us and they really enjoyed being able to use the private spa in the room. My husband and I loved going down to the adult spa downstairs. I have some dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. The food portions were very generous, and the staff were very helpful.

Located in Wulai, 14 miles from Xingnan Night Market, Hotspring World Wulai provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant.

Having a private hot tub in the room was a great treat after a day of hiking. The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful arranging a day taxi for us.

I‘m giving this hotel a ten because it deserves its current average above 9. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff. Particularly convenient one stop away from the main train station if you want to use highspeed rail to see the west coast.

Beautiful property! Everything is so clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed (maybe a bit more on the firm side, if that matters to someone), and the bathroom is so big (amazing water pressure). The service is excellent - the front desk was so helpful when we had questions about transportation and exchanging money. The breakfast buffet is a nice mix of western options with Taiwanese and other Asian offerings. The location is also great as it’s a 5 minute walk to the Brown line and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Red line. I highly recommend this hotel!

We splashed out and rode here on our last night of a Taiwan bicycle tour before finishing in Taipei; what a regal finish to a fantastic trip! The room was wonderful, hot springs are fabulous, and buffet breakfast was exceptional. If you’re on the fence of splurging a bit, this place is legit.

Taipei Garden Hotel is located along Zhonghua Road, a 3-minute walk from Xiaonanmen MRT Train Station and 10-minute walk from MRT Ximen Station.

Very convenient location, close to two MRT stations with walking distance, night markets. City view and the sunset are amazing. Room facilities are new and clean. Will definitely come back !
