Before we even arrived, communication from Nico exceeded all expectations. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a gorgeous view over the garden. There were all the amenities imaginable in the closet downstairs (irons, toiletries, extra towels, etc), and the kitchen was stocked with quite a few items as well. Every member of the staff that we met was helpful and friendly, and it felt genuine too. Obviously, the location is very hard to beat, but though it's absolutely great, - everything else was even better.

Immediately smelled inviting and upscale. Exceptionally friendly staff. Tempurpedic bed was comfortable (all beds are tempurperic, FYI). Everything immaculate and clean. If parking a vehicle there is a $45 overnight fee, downstairs parking lot is for vehicles 6' and lower. Otherwise, there is a parking lot around the block. I would love to stay again!

This hotel knocked my top three must haves out of the park: 1. SPOTLESS 2. LOCATION 3. SAFETY. It was absolutely incredible and in the best spot in DC. The staff were so friendly and breakfast was amazing. The rooftop pool was an added bonus for the kids with incredible views. We will definitely stay here again.
