My friend and I stayed at the hotel for two days. When the staff learned it was my friend's birthday, they thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake for us and decorated the room with balloons. The front desk staff also helped us book a boat tour to Lan Ha Bay and arranged a car to take us there

Great value for the price. We stayed on Cát Bà Island for an extended trip, and this was the second hotel we tried. Everything was brand new, and honestly, there was nothing to complain about.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to answer all our questions - special greetings to Mai Ahn and Nick. The Wi-Fi was super fast and reliable. I even had a two-hour online training session with no issues at all. Our 2-year-old son loved the Four Seasons Pool! The water and air temperature were perfect. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the lush greenery. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind in the evenings. The food at the restaurants and bars was delicious, and the service was quick and efficient. We especially enjoyed dining at the beach restaurant in the evenings. There was a great selection of food at all the restaurants. The transparent kayaks were a fun way to explore! The Skywalk offered amazing views. Breakfast was a real treat, with a wide variety of Western and Asian options.

Wow, the sea view is what sells this hotel - if you don't mind climbing some stairs to your room, you get a fabulous view of the bay and a lovely sunset to boot. The room was very clean and featured two double beds, a/c, two fans and a massive picture window. Owner was lovely, and helped us arrange an onward bus to Tuan Chan ferry.

Very nice place with excellent value. Staff were helpful and friendly, and it was easy to arrange things like tours and onward travel at what seem to be very competitive prices. The free breakfast was also great.
