The staff were excellent. Always looking out for our best interests at heart. My partner informed the staff prior to our arrival it was my birthday . They had a great welcoming happy birthday message in the room and the following morning at breakfast, they brought me a cake and sung for me. Thank you Helen, Dinh Phu & Bobby for assisting with all our points of concerns and making us feel welcomed. If we ever return to Da Nang, we would definitely be back to Golden Lotus Luxury.

This place is super duper niceeee, I wasn't expecting it. It's so bougie and for the price, it's well worth it. The rooms are so well decorated and the bed is super comfy. I'm usually not too impressed with hotel buffets but Minh Boutique hit the mark, they had western food, vietnamese food, lots of fruit, yogurts, dessert etc. You could order Pho and other vietnamese dishes from the kitchen too. Best hotel breakfast I had while in Vietnam.

Our oceanview room on the 23rd floor was modern, spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of the Da Nang beach coastline. Nice rooftop bar and pool. Location was excellent, just across the street from the very nice Bac My An beach. This was one of the nicest, cleanest public access beaches that I have visited compared Phuket, Hua Hin, Bali and Sentosa. There were also bars and restaurants within walking distance and attractions such as Dragon Bridge and Marble Mountains were just about 15mins by a short taxi/Grab ride. Also, liked that this areas is slightly quieter than the beach area further up north where the restaurants and hotels are more densely packed.

    Rooms great, clean and spacious, great wifi. Clean bathroom with great shower. Breakfast fantastic, no problem getting a table and something to suit everyone. Lovely spa with excellent Massage options, rooftop swimming pool with towels provided and amazing views. Small bar near pool also.

    I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The staff were very kind. The location was great, and the infinity pool was amazing! I visited at the end of March, and it was nice that the pool was practically empty. It was clean. We also used the massage service, and as guests, we received a 20% discount, which helped us relax. We opted for an oceanfront room with a bathtub, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable.

    The hotel is in a very central location and most of the staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean and the views from the room were stunning. Breakfast had a HUGE variety that matches all tastes. The foot massage in their spa was relaxing.

    Absolutely loved this place, I will be back and I don't say that about many places! Located right across from the beach, all the staff are so lovely, buffet breakfast was delicious, views and rooftop pool are great. The room was amazing with nice shower. Restaurant inside and day spa for massages also inside.

    The selection of food available at breakfast was amazing. Pho, egg and banh mi stations which were made to order. The buggy service that you could take to get around the resort was great, especially when it was raining. The concierge service was helpful in arranging drivers for our activities. The private swimming pool at the villa was great, as was the main pool near the beach. The villa was super spacious. The wellness spa was amazing. Great massages and as an in-house guest you receive a 30% discount.
