We were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff, in particular Ms. Suong at the front desk and everyone else that we had a chance to cross paths. The hotel itself is truly wonderful, exceptionally clean and the bed is extra comfortable especially after our long trek in Phong Nha. The breakfast bar had both Vietnamese and western options, and everything we tried was delicious. Sadly we only had one night here but will definitely come back! Cám ơn rất nhiều!
