Loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and new. Amenities were great, shower was hot! Great location right in the old town. Very close to the popular “Beer Street”, which meant there was a lot to do nearby - we couldn’t hear any noise from our room at all so slept very well. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was gorgeous, set in the best street of the Old Quarter. It’s lovely and well designed rooms were so comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city and the breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent. We would definitely return here!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Jack, who offered the kindest service to my parents. It was my first time to send my parents overseas without me, and he told me that he will take care of my parents from now on when I contacted him after their arrival at HAN airport(he actually DID). He continuously sent me the updates about my parents and recommended nice spots for them to enjoy. I have never seen such a kind and gentle person. My parents were so sad to leave the hotel after the check out, without saying good bye to him F2F(he was not at the front desk at that time, I believe). Regarding the hotel itself, my parents absolutely loved the hotel's breakfast and they sent me the beautiful pictures as they were immensely impressed.
