Our stay at Enso Retreat Hoi An was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of service was top-notch, and everything was well-organized and professional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The facilities were excellent, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. We also booked a massage, which was amazing and perfect for recovery after a long day of exploring. The therapists were skilled, and the overall experience was very relaxing. The restaurant was decent, though not particularly outstanding. The food selection was a bit limited, but it wasn’t bad—just nothing extraordinary. Overall, Enso Retreat Hoi An is a great place to unwind, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with excellent service and facilities. Would definitely recommend it!

The location is ideal because its just a 5 min ride to the Old town by car/Grab or a 10 min bicycle ride from the Hotel which they offer for free, in addition there is a free shuttle bus from the Hotel that we took a couple of times aswell. The facilities are awesome, the Hotel is practically new, it was nice to see that the Hotel on site looks exactly as in the photos, all very clean, great room size and a good breakfast buffet. The Hotel staff was brilliant from day one. They were all very attentive and extremely friendly, I would like to highlight the kind service we received from Lily, Molly, Sunny, Suly and Coy. Not to forget the staff from the SPA Hanna and Jam which gave us a great masages and facial treatments amd which we totally recommend.

Perfect location. Friendliest staff, extremely helpful in guiding you and never felt like they are only after money. Free bicycle. Infact, their transport from hotel to airport was cheaper than GRAB taxi which I liked. Really comfortable and peaceful place 2 km away from the old town. Highly rated restaurants just across the street from the hotel 100m walk. Staff members Ms.My and Ms.Lee were especially awesome in the arrangements and warm nature. 10/10 I recommend this place.
