Great hotel in a beautiful garden at a quiet location. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, tasty breakfast. We have enjoyed great massages as well in their la when it rained. the staff is amazing and they helped us arrange cooking class, lantern workshop, etc. You can rent their bikes for free and go around the charming rural areas in the vicinity, as well as use their regular shuttle bus back and forth to town.

This was such a lovely hotel with all the things you would expect and a load of thoughtful interior design, all very nice and great rooms, breakfast etc. The check-in was the best of my trip and the front of house team were very supportive, all the way through my stay. For example Uyen who checked me out made sure I was aware of all the facilities I could use until my transfer later that day. I loved being able to use the bikes to explore (e.g. the vegetable village), and appreciated the helpful one page map the hotel provided. It was an easy walk to the old town and the night market.

I stayed at Babylon on Marcg, and we couldn't recommend it enough. The rooms were lovely and the staff were absolutely out of this world! Any questions I had were always responded to with absolute enthusiasm and the staff really go out of their way to help you. Riding the bikes they provide through the rice fields was an absolute highlight. They even helped us book tours through a local company which was great. I couldn't recommend Babylon enough :)

Everything was perfect for my family trip, less than 5 minutes walk to the ancient town, Hoi An Historic Hotel has spacious outside space with parking, swimming pool and nice outdoor area for breakfast, staff are very friendly and hospitable, room is clean, neat and tidy. This is my only choice for future trip to Hoi An for sure.

Service provided by the staff, Nguyen Lanh was so so so good. Our luggages were not followed us when we arrived Da Nang Airport. Mr Lanh helped us to call, trace, follow up and make sure the luggages were well received after 30 hours. We were so pleased and touched of the services he had granted us even after his working hours. We are honoured to have his help which makes us hasslefree while language is the problem we have in Vietnam. We must give him many thumb up of the services he had given to my family during our stay at Son Hoi An Hotel 👍👍👍

We had an amazing stay in the hotel. Beautiful view from the room over the lake, very quiet and hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic and centre. Easy enough to order grab taxis to the centre. Wifi was good and in all areas. Staff were very attentive and friendly. 10/10 great value for money.
