Our stay at Enso Retreat Hoi An was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of service was top-notch, and everything was well-organized and professional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The facilities were excellent, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. We also booked a massage, which was amazing and perfect for recovery after a long day of exploring. The therapists were skilled, and the overall experience was very relaxing. The restaurant was decent, though not particularly outstanding. The food selection was a bit limited, but it wasn’t bad—just nothing extraordinary. Overall, Enso Retreat Hoi An is a great place to unwind, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with excellent service and facilities. Would definitely recommend it!

The hotel is centrally located, putting everything within walking distance. Exploring the charming streets of Hoi An was a breeze, thanks to its perfect spot. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. Oh my, the breakfast! It was not just a meal; it was a culinary delight. Every morning was a gastronomic adventure, and we couldn't have asked for a better start to our day. But what truly set Grand Sunrise Palace apart was its staff, and Sully in particular. She is an absolute gem of a person. Her friendliness and humility made our stay unforgettable. Sully went above and beyond to guide us through our trip, helping us plan our days to perfection. We originally planned to stay for only three days, but thanks to the beautiful hotel and Sully's exceptional hospitality, we extended our stay to a week. We are already counting the days until we can return to this little piece of paradise. Grand Sunrise Palace and Sully have left an indelible mark on our hearts, and we can't wait to be back again!
