The staff was very enthusiastic and genuinely friendly. The receptionists seemed like a fun bunch. The room itself was nice, I liked the decor in the room behind the bed. I had a little balcony which I'd sit on in the evening hours. Breakfast wasn't as extravagant as some places, but the food was good and there was plenty of it. Oh, and the bed was super comfortable, which isn't a given in Vietnam, even at some luxury hotels. The location of the airconditioning was also in a good spot so I could sleep with it on without waking up with sore throat. If I visit Hue again I'll surely come back.

The breakfast was fantastic! It offered a lot of choices and variety, and I specifically loved their baguette bread! The room was also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big and the water pressure and temperature was good!

Services was best,never been serve this way before,staff were super good and knows what to do.Not many would want to clean the floor in the rain,or sent you off standing in the rain,but there are many staff doing it here.I even saw the manager (Christy) going about almost 10 in the night.Another supercharge public relations staff NGOC Khan,don't seems to go home,everywhere I go,she seems to be helping around.Royal salute to all.Tq

The pool area and location is great. Around the corner from walking street so a very convenient location and 10 mins to the train station. We were lucky enough to be there for the opening ceremony and the family invited us to the festivities. Wr had an amazing time and the hospitality was great!

Amazing hotel and the staff wonderful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious with many hot and cold options and the restaurant was situated in a beautiful area. Onsen with hot springs, bathing pools and sauna very enjoyable and totally relaxing.

An excellent hotel, all of the details were so thoughtful and food was excellent. Service of staff was superb. One of the highlights of our stay in VN. We will be recommending the hotel to friends and will stay when we return to Hue.
