Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location may not be right in the town center, but it was peaceful and relaxing. I really appreciated the extra touches like the staff packing food for our journey and allowing us to wait comfortably in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sapa.

Great location. Beautiful views and 5 minutes walk to Sapa centre. Breakfast was great and the staff are super helpful. Julie, the hotel manager during our stay, was very attentive and personable. Her and her team made us feel very welcome.
