The location is ideal, what with the picturesque valley and its tiny stream in the midst of the rice fields. The staffs are really helpful and courteous. As we travelled by overnight train, the hotel was kind enough to let us check in early. It's nice and refreshingly chilly in the pool. (Warm-up system is preferable) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The supper hotpot was delicious, full of tasty meats and vegetables. There are a few things that could use some adjustment, but overall I'll be returning and recommending it to my friends.

The property was tucked away just off of the main road, so it was easy to access yet far enough away that you didn’t get too much street noise and traffic. The room itself was quaint and had everything a person would need for a stay after a day of trekking or adventuring in the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional and the manager was kind enough to include us in the buffet breakfast even though we didn’t originally have that included in our stay. The hotel provided a wonderful spread of food for the breakfast as well. We also booked a very last minute tour through the hotel and they arranged it for us which was helpful!

We stayed in Eden Boutique Hotel and Spa for one night and it was really a great option. They were kind enough to wait for us for the check in at 00.30 am. Beds were very comfortable and the lady at the reception super kind and answered in details all of our questions. Would definitely go back!

The hotel was amazing, the rooms are clean and the valley view was wonderful. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Location is 5 minutes away from Sapa town and they have shuttles every 2 hours. I highly recommend this hotel. They also have free shuttles to the Alpibe coaster.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Julie did help us a lot, quick response in email, arranged taxi and spa for us. Room was clean. Spa is recommended. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool during our stay.
