All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The dining and kitchen staff, Chris, Veronica, and David were very attentive to our dietary needs/restrictions and all of the food was wonderful. Rassie, our safari guide, knows the park and animals very well and worked with other guides to get us some wonderful and up-close views of several animals. We also learned quite a bit about the animals and their behaviors from him. The lodge is beautiful, and our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the surrounding hills.

The stay was phenomenal. The room was beautiful and clean, the food was great, and we saw lots on the game drive. We particularly enjoyed the hide and sat for ages watching an elephant up close.
