The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The apartment was comfortable and had everything necessary. We have a kid with food allergies and have to prepare all of his food, so a well equipped kitchen is important to us. This kitchen was very good with lots of kitchenware. Ski room had a ski boot heater. Also, had a bunch of boardgames. It was a great stay.
