The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

Good parking facilities and great bike storage area for our own bikes.

Great food, also the selection of wines, coffee of very good quality. We loved the pool and the garden, close to unlimited hiking routes and the joker card included in the stay is allowing you to use the cable cars for free.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with the standout feature being the customer-oriented staff. Petra, along with the entire team, was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and it's ideally situated just a few hundred meters from the slopes - perfect for skiing. The combination of the friendly staff, convenient location, and excellent dining truly enhanced our entire experience.
