Truly Exceptional - homelike apartment! We had a Balkans trip with 8 accomodations in 6 contries. Here, in Martin's apartament we LOVED our stay the most! The apartment has everithing you need for short or long stay. Didn't need to check in (again) in some stupid online sites, after we've paied already! We arrived an hour earlier than check in time 15:00 o'clock. The apartment was ready and we didn't need to wait. Some of the things you can enjoy when staying here: Big comfortable bed and bathroom. We had a wonderful stay at Alpl Resort! It is a charming place to stay in a beautiful area. The room was very large and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were hearty. The location of MONDI in Grundlsee is very convenient - we took a day trip to Hallstatt which was just 30 minutes drive, and another day we drove the panoramic route to Loser Altaussee. The MONDI resort staff were very welcoming and friendly - my husband and I are American and English speaking and the staff was always quick to accommodate with a smile. We enjoyed the spa / wellness area each day during our stay - while the steam bath was out of service, we still were able to use the 3 other saunas and the pool. The food was exceptional as well - from breakfast to dinner, we left satisfied and pleased with each meal. They offer a seasonal venison menu and we loved trying new things we don't normally get to eat! The chalets themselves are so charming - our studio had a mini kitchen, supplied with utensils, dishes, and cookware, and a good size refrigerator. The heated floor in the bathroom was awesome, too! Can't say enough great things about our stay.
