Everything about this hotel was excellent. The team was very kind and accommodating. The hotel has been renovated recently and is more modern than most big hotels, yet maintains its small town feel and culture. The room was extremely comfortable and furnished to smallest details. We had a great experience and would recommend it to everyone who is visiting Gmunden.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Post am See. A stunning location, welcoming and professional staff, beautiful rooms, delicious food, and of course the berg spa! It really does look like the pictures, even better in fact. I especially appreciated a honey massage from Laura the masseuse. She was really excellent in my opinion. I feel like I'm still levitating days after. I don't often say something is 10/10, but for me the Post was an 11!

Our stay was in Summer, wonderful private beach access for swimming in the lake. Plenty of hotel parking for guests and it was really easy. Wonderful restaurant as well. Great place to stay on the lake, would highly recommend. We hope to come again!

Absolutely stunning location for the price. Room had a balcony that looked over the lake. Staff was incredibly friendly and helped me jump my car which had a dead battery.
