Beauty treatments and massages are available. Beautiful hotel at a great location. Very nice interior everywhere. The breakfast was really nice, and the dining area outstanding. My room was clean and cosy with a lovely view from the balcony. I would have preferred a little cooler indoor temperature though.

The staff are very nice and friendly, and even helped us fix the wheelchair when my wheel fell off! They give you good advice on what to see in the area and coupons. From Traunkirchen you can easily reach all other lakes (if you want to). The new spa on the top floor is luxurious and breathtaking. Breakfast is very good! Coffee is great. Loved that you can install apps on the TV, so I could watch a live TV channel from home and watch the news. So cool! Fast Wi-Fi.

The location was marvelous, the staff were were extremely friendly especially the receptionist called Nadine. In the evening, we had the dinner in the restaurant and the staff were unbelievably welcoming. The morning there was a guy that the smile never left his face and a lady with a little girl who we assume as one of the owners was extremely welcoming. The rooms given to us were extremely spacious. We loved the stay in the hotel and will definitely visit again

It is close to the city center and also easily accessible via car from the highway. Great plus is the spa area with a steam room and a sauna, accesible all day. Towels are readily available as well as small "kitchen" for tea and water.
