Everything about this hotel was excellent. The team was very kind and accommodating. The hotel has been renovated recently and is more modern than most big hotels, yet maintains its small town feel and culture. The room was extremely comfortable and furnished to smallest details. We had a great experience and would recommend it to everyone who is visiting Gmunden.

The room and the view and the view from the spa were just incredible! Breakfast is also something else! All the people working there were really nice. We did enjoy the quietness of this place a lot!

Our stay was in Summer, wonderful private beach access for swimming in the lake. Plenty of hotel parking for guests and it was really easy. Wonderful restaurant as well. Great place to stay on the lake, would highly recommend. We hope to come again!

The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were great, not the flat kind. Very quiet, outside the sound of the Traun waterfalls was wonderful. I felt pampered. Check in was easy and uncomplicated. Great location to explore the region, Gmunden and Traun lake was nearby. Breakfast bread was fresh.

Absolutely stunning location for the price. Room had a balcony that looked over the lake. Staff was incredibly friendly and helped me jump my car which had a dead battery.

Breakfast selections were extensive & they packed us a "lunch box" to go the next day since we were checking out early. There was a beautiful mountain view from our Juliet balconies. There was a small refrigerator in the room which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
