Esta cuidado hasta el mas mínimo detalle.Cuando llegamos nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite espectacular!! Fue una muy agradable sorpresa!! Todo el personal es super amable y está atento a tus necesidades. Siempre con muy buen trato. Desde la gente de recepción, los camareros de los restaurantes, las chicas de housekeeping, los chicos de la playa, todos!!! La comida es buenísima!! Muy superior a otros hoteles all inclusive del Caribe. Vamos a volver seguro!!

The reception guys were so great, the waiters at the restaurant of the hotel are very friendly. English speakers which is not that common in Dominican Republic. Food is nice and the hotel itself is like in the middle of paradise. Very private and chill. The rooms are very good and quiet. Would definitely recommend to stay here, fair price in my opinion for the stay and the services (Jakuzi and meals). They even have like a small garage and helped us with our car which had a problem. Amazing staff members and place. Thank you so much 🙏🏼🫶

The location is perfect, the facilities were fantastic, the restaurant was reasonably priced with beautiful food and all the staff were beyond friendly and helpful - special shout out to Richmond the barman, the groundsman who’s name I’ve forgotten sorry, and the young lad on the gates. I had a hot stone massage which was incredible and again the ladies in the spa were lovely.

The situation is outstanding, set high above the Caribbean sea with a view over the luxuriant jungle and the delightfully kept gardens with mango, palm and other exotic plants and trees. At night the song of the frogs and birds lull one to sleep. Breakfast was good, as was the dinner we ordered. The massages were most relaxing, warmed by the last of the evening's sun as it set over the ocean. The host couple were friendly, helpful and efficient.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The room was beautifully styled, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk from the sea and right in the city center, making everything easily accessible. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!
