Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The hotel is great, excellent maintenance level and the room was impressive. The breakfast was also good. I would especially like to mention the reception representative Bayazid who was very friendly, patient and professional.

For an additional fee, guests can access the Finnish sauna and the VIP area, which includes a jacuzzi, a steam bath, an infrared sauna, and a relaxation zone. The room was of adequate size and endowed with all the necessary facilities. Some facilities were pleasing like the music in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was very nice. The air conditioning was not oriented towards the bed, so we could let it function at low ventilation during the night. The access to the outdoor pool and the breakfast were included in the price. The breakfast buffet contained a large range of food and drinks. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the receptionist called a taxi for us, and we were at the tourist objectives within minutes. Also, when returning, we took the first taxi, and the taxi driver knew the name and the location of the hotel.

It is perfect for children - but not for many days , 2-3 are ok. The complex is mature but when is overcrowded it looses its concept.

Booked this hotel for my parents and they had a wonderful stay. Excellent hospitality, top-notch service, great facilities, and delicious food. They loved every moment—highly recommend!

The swimming pool outside was a huge plus for the summer heat. We loved it and we'll definitely come back!

The expectations from 5 star hotel are always high. The Emporium has surpassed all of them! We were treated with a lot of attention. We stayed in the hotel for a week, I have never felt more welcome in any other places. We had a brand-new room with unique design (in reality it's even better than on the photos!). The gym has all the necessary equipment. The location is 3mins walk from the center, not noisy as it could be in the very center.

The gym, table tennis and a relaxation centre with hot tub, steam bath and sauna are available free of charge. Horseback riding is possible in the open and also in a roofed area and is a subject to a surcharge.
