The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The hotel is stunning, the staff is super friendly (especially the people who work at breakfast). The room was super clean, and the view—oh my God—was incredible. We thought we were in a Tolkien movie. Upon checkout, they even gifted us some homemade tea. We would definitely come back again! :)

The Arc-en-ciel hotel in traditional Chalet style is a hotel situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Gstaad, next to the Eggli cable car station, close to the car-free centre. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at Hotel Arc en Ciel I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Arc en Ciel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the views were stunning. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, not to mention that we had one of the nicest views from a hotel room I’ve had (from the top floor suite). The restaurant is world-class — a real experience! Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to assist with planing our days and booking tickets. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

The location is very quiet and peaceful. There is a playground where my children enjoyed a lot. The view is amazing on three sides, each facing beautiful waterfalls. This was my first time visiting Switzerland, and the accommodation made the experience excellent. The host was also kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout.

While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. One of the best hotels that we stayed at, great room, the spa was perfect.
