This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

It had all facilities and things you could imagine. Very modern as well! Hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is also ideal and very close to the Interlaken city (even walking distance). I realized that all Air BnB hosts share a list of instructions on how to keep the house clean and use facilities properly. This is their right but there is always a way to portray this information. The hosts shared the same set of instructions like the other air bnbs I stayed but the way they did it didn’t feel at all that they were instructing or ordering or even threatening! It definitely made the difference

The facilities are amazing, pool and games in the basement, along with the gym, and the wellness room (which we didn't use due to time constraints).

The reception staff were so helpful and cheerful during check in. Our apartment room (which is mountain view) is spacious and has 180 degrees of the mountain and the city. We dined at the restaurant twice and the staff were so good and the food was five stars. Breakfast was also good with good selection range.

Salzano Restaurant features a terrace with views to Mount Eiger. You can enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner on the terrace. Everything perfect. I've lost my ID and they found it in the hotel. the staff contacted me and offered to send it back to my house by covering also the spedition expenses. thank you so much to the staff.
