Fantastic experience staying at this quaint little hotel! When we arrived, the hotel was really kind to provide a pick up from the grindelwald train station. We were served a welcome drink and bags were brought up immediately to our room. The room was wonderful comfortable with a fantastic view of the Eiger. The hotel is also very conveniently located at a short 3 min walk from the First gondola. Breakfast was also superb with fresh bread rolls, a fine selection of cured meats, yogurts, cheeses and fruits. In all my hotel stays worldwide, this hotel certainly serve up the BEST BREAKFAST. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we definitely hope to be back one day.

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. The room was a lovely size with a good balcony. The breakfast was outstanding, great choice of both hot and cold food.we also ate a5 the hotel in the evening and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor... We've received an upgrade in the accomodation and even though we initially booked only 1 night via Booking.com, after reaching out to the hotel to expand our stay to 2 nights it was allowed. We loved the room (amazing view, large space, extremely clean bathroom, little kitchen where we could even prepare our own meal), breakfast were great as well, and the wellness area was super relaxing. Got even a massage after a long day hiking and it was just perfect! In overall we had a lovely stay and we would definitely return in the future.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Excellent room with view of Matterhorn. Room Got upgraded👍 Nice breakfast

Amazing hotel. Our room had a huge private terrace and the views were unbelievable. I heard clanging one morning we were there and was delighted to see cows parading through the street right below us! The bus stop is literally right across the street so super convenient. Ideal location as it is super walkable to shops and restaurants but not quite in the noisier heart of it all. The staff was kind and attentive and it was a huge bonus to have laundry available in the basement. The toiletries provided in the room smelled amazing. The restaurant was top notch, we dined there our first night. To end our stay, we got a lovely Swiss chocolate bar as we checked out :)
