Amazing stuff and very friendly, the hotel is amazing also and very luxury, its designed by Japanese designer, very nice hotel for relaxing. And last thing the house keeping is really nice and they work as a team they clean every thing in less than half hour !

The heart of this property is the staff. I have never met such pleasant people before. They truly love what they do. We ate on premises at both of the restaurants. Both are equally good. Food is Michelin worthy!!! Hats off to the chef. You never need to go anywhere else for your meals!!! The rooms are spotless. Super clean, cozy, and breathtaking views from room balcony. Breakfast was one of the best we have had across our tour through out Europe. Our server was lovely! Isolde and other front desk staff were super helpful. Very friendly. Restaurant staff was incredibly attentive. Best dining experience! We will return for sure! Housekeeping was spot on. Very friendly lady that catered to our requests with a smile. We can’t wait to return to this place. It’s become our new favorite.

Amazing location with views of the lake on the terrace, comfy beds (I wanted to take the duvet and pillows home!), good food and a super friendly team working at the hotel. My dogs were made as welcome as us. We took the dinner bed and breakfast option which we don't opt for often when travelling but due to the location thought it best - we were not disappointed.
