The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Good location. 4-5mins walk from station. And it's great they arrange the delivery to station when we check-out! Nice and warm two bedroom unit. And my husband really enjoyed the spa especially after skiing. Nice breakfast! They have a laundry room provide washer and dryer which we can use for free. It's very convenient.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

You can relax in the cosy bar, in the sauna, or in the steam bath. The large terrace with deckchairs invites you to enjoy the sun. Amazing view of Matterhorn from our room balcony, room is cozy and warm. The staff help us upgrade the room so we have more big room and balcony. And our room WiFi can’t use the staff help us to solve it and offer us a drink in lobby, that is so nice. Although location is a bit far from station but you can ask them help you book a free cute taxi to hotel and station. The breakfast is very nice too. Definitely will back again!

Excellent interior design; amazing view to Matterhorn from the pool and from our room; wide variety of stuff for breakfast- good quality, fresh juices and fruits; staff is very professional and helpful ; sauna is small ( 3 options) but sufficient to relax after a hike ; we also had dinner at the Grill restaurant and loved it - especially the Tatar and tuna tataki; we also used the option of the free shuttle from and to the train station - although short distance , it helps with the luggage. Pillows and mattress were very soft and comfortable . The room was very spacious. If we go back to Zermatt, we’d stay there again

Walking tours and bike tours are possible within the area, and the bed and breakfast offers ski storage space. This is a traditional and cosy hotel in a quiet location. It’s perfect for accessing the mountains and is very close to the centre of Grächen. Marco and his family are wonderful hosts. They were super helpful with their local knowledge of transport,mountains,trails etc. the rooms were cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty,plentiful and good coffee. This is a great value hotel run by lovely,friendly people. Grächen is a quaint and friendly village and the area is stunning.

Right beside Bains de saillon! The apartment is lovely! Michel, the host was super friendly and kind and made the experience just wonderful. Made us feel very welcome!

The accommodation provides ski storage space, as well as a fitness centre and an open-air bath. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. A complimentary taxi was arranged to pick us up (and take us back on departure as well), then we were greeted warmly at the hotel and shown the beautiful spa and facility on arrival. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They even called us to offer to bring us breakfast one morning we all overstepped and almost missed breakfast (which by the way is amazing). The spa is icing on the cake after skiing…with very relaxing massages they arranged for us. It is great value for luxury!!! We would definitely return.
