The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well.
My family and I loved our family apartment at Arca. Just a short walk from the train station, supermarket across the street, friendly staff, incredible buffet breakfast and wellness centre. AND THE VIEWS!! WOW!

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . This place has everything that a winter hotel needs to have. Great spa, cozy lounge, nice view of the landscape, kind staff.. Location is good, just 5 mins away from the train station which is important after a long ski day. Heated outdoor pool offers great relaxing in cold winter days. Im looking forward to come back

Right beside Bains de saillon! The apartment is lovely! Michel, the host was super friendly and kind and made the experience just wonderful. Made us feel very welcome!

Everything was amazing! Great rooms, very comfortable! Fabulous breakfast, awesome restaurant! It has a proper sauna, top spa, a well equipped weight room with a community aspect that i loved. Just the most lovely view you can ask for when visiting the Swiss Alps. The staff? Amazing! The apartment with view on the Matterhorn was really great, super confortable and well equipped. Wellness & SPA area was great and super relaxing, and the pool is ok to swim a bit. Breakfast was amazing. The team was really helpful to organise our stay all along, the taxi from and to the station, the water before our departure, explaining the main things to see around Zermatt.
Superb staff who where always on hand and always courtesy, friendly day and would do anything to help us. The room was fantastic. Bath at the end of the bed, steamroom and sauna also in the room. We where blown away by the facilities. We will revised in a heartbeat. There is a wellness center which was perfect. We also had massages which was much needed and very relaxing 😌
First of all - the staff, these guys and girls are really making this place special. Service is top quality. Another good things - SPA area, outside pool, nice saunas, relaxing areas. Very good hotel's location, just few steps form the ski lift + from the bus stop which takes to yet another ski lift. Breakfast - one of the best I had, there is everything you can think of.. just great, really liked the reserved table which did not change for the whole stay.

A great hotel to stay - where wellness and relaxation is a must. The spa is a must try - it has sauna, Turkish bath, hot spring pool and jacuzzi. The room is spacious and well appointed
The staff were very nice and gave us a tour of our room on check in. The spa facilities are excellent. The hot tub, sauna, pebble relaxation room, and sitting areas were super relaxing.

Excellent views of the Matterhorn, even from level 1. Wellness area which included hot spa and sauna really added value to our stay. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
